PROSPECTS FOR INVESTMENT

Fenix Repower develops renewable energy projects in Norway and Ukraine. We develop projects to the Ready to Build (RTB) phase at which point we seek investors to step into the projects. For our projects we offer construction and asset management as a service. We also co-develop projects where we invite investors and developers to take part in the development phase of the projects.

We in Fenix Repower set high standards when it comes to business principles, quality and ESG. Any project we develop will be able to withstand strict scrutiny and show solid financial returns. We have strong expertise and partnerships in technical, project management, legal, financial, regulatory disciplines.

In Norway we are working a portfolio of opportunities related to batteries and wind power split between the following focus areas:

Medium size wind power plants with batteries to help balancing
Small wind power plant in combination with batteries to bring more electrical effect to the many industrial development areas of Norway that are currently held back by lack of electric power
Stand alone batteries to both make more effect available locally and to work in the ancillary services and arbitrage markets

In Ukraine our focus is on wind power projects ranging from 14 to 240 MW in size. We envisage that batteries with an effect of 20% of the wind power plant and 2 hour storage will accompany our wind power plants in Ukraine.
