Exciting to see our Managing Partner, Bernt Granås, joining the visit from Norway’s Minister of Trade and Industry in Narvik with Aker Horizons.
Aker Horizons’ Narvik project team had the pleasure of showing Norway’s Minister of Trade and Industry Jan Christian Vestre our Kvandal site in Narvik, Northern Norway, where our green ammonia project is underway.
The facility, with a planned capacity of up to 600 MW, will be one of the first large-scale green ammonia production facilities in Europe once operations start in 2028, with an expected production of between 1,000 and 1,500 tonnes per day.
