Shell former executive with 30 years of experience plus 7 years of building his own company, mostly focussing on renewables.

Delivered large gas plant in Northeast Russia, delivered all governmental approvals and land purchases for 22 BUSD projects in Russia, Technical Director for Shell Norway for 7 years with an annual capital spend of 1-2 billion Euro.

Has managed teams up to 500 persons strong.

Technical degree in the oil and gas industry. Skills within venture management, governmental approvals, land purchases and guardian of Norwegian business principles.

Establishing business and working in different and difficult locations has become a speciality over the years. Later years have brought renewables and nonrecourse project finance to the skillset.

Project Director

Lead the transformation of Fenix Repower from regular consultancy to renewables developer in combination with management for hire.

Assist Aker Horizons with power grid, land and industrial development in Narvik area and assisting Cermaq with setting up Postsmolt project in North Norway.

SPV Manager

Helped client set up company and team to run 3 wind projects totalling 300 MW. For the same projects re- baselined the project to achieve Ready to Build status with new SPV shareholder and set up cooperation model with new shareholder. All three projects delivered on budget and schedule.

Built management systems and financing processes for a major H2 developer in Norway. Built a roadmap to full production for another H2 developer in Norway.

Project Director

Matured, played a key role in financing and started construction of an 800 MW wind power project in Ukraine.
